    The Public Utilities and Technology Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 48, COALITION OF ENERGY PRODUCING STATES, by Representative R. Barrus, with the following amendments:
1.    Page 2, Line 30:    After "appoint" reinstate "two members,"
2.    Page 2, Line 31:    Delete "one member" and insert "two members"
3.    Page 2, Line 50:    After "Committee" reinstate "and the Public     Utilities and Technology Interim Committee"
