Madam Speaker:

    The Public Utilities and Technology Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 72, WASTE TIRE AMENDMENTS, by Representative N. Hendrickson, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 7, Lines 187 through 193 :    

             187          (1) There is created a restricted special revenue fund entitled the "Waste Tire Recycling
             188      Fund."
             189          (2) The fund shall consist of:
             190          (a) the proceeds of the fee imposed under Section 19-6-805 ;

  and      

             191          (b) penalties collected under this part
{   ; and   }        .      

             192          
{   (c) assets transferred to and loan repayments deposited in the fund pursuant to Section

             193      19-6-824 .   }
