    The Revenue and Taxation Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 210, SEVERANCE TAX AMENDMENTS, by Representative J. Nielson, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 5, Lines 146 through 148 :    

             146          Section 7. Effective date.
    

  (1) This bill takes effect on January 1, 2013.
