The Transportation Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 260,
PEDESTRIANS ON HIGHWAYS, by Representative L. Perry, with the following amendments:

2. Page 2, Lines 47 through 48 :

any other controlled-access highway in an urbanized
area as defined by the current census upon which entrance, exit, and cross traffic is
controlled in the same manner as on a freeway
except during an emergency.
