    The Business and Labor Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 399, PHYSICIAN AND OSTEOPATHIC LICENSING AMENDMENTS, by Representative S. Sandstrom, with the following amendments and recommends it be placed on the Consent Calendar.
