Madam Speaker:

    The Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Environment Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.C.R. 10, PROVO CANAL TITLE TRANSFER CONCURRENT RESOLUTION, by Representative J. Dougall, with the following amendments and recommends it be placed on the Consent Calendar.

1.    Page 2, Line 53 :    

             53      expeditiously complete the transfer of title.

  BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be sent to the members of Utah's Congressional delegation.
