    The Health and Human Services Committee recommends 5th Sub. S.B. 161, PHARMACY PRACTICE ACT REVISIONS, by Senator C. Bramble, be replaced, favorably recommends 6th Sub. S.B. 161, PHARMACY PRACTICE ACT REVISIONS, and, due to unknown fiscal impact, recommends the substitute be referred to the Rules Committee pending completion of a fiscal note.
