    The Public Utilities and Technology Committee reports a favorable recommendation on 1st Sub. S.B. 169, JUDICIAL CONDUCT COMMISSION AMENDMENTS, by Senator K. Mayne, with the following amendments:
1. Page 1, Line 14:    After "Commission" delete "; and" and insert a "."
2. Page 1, Lines 15 thru 17:    Delete lines 15 thru 17.
3. Page 4, Lines 92-93:    After "occurred" delete "and determines that a public sanction is warranted"
