    The Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Environment Committee recommends S.C.R. 8, CONCURRENT RESOLUTION SUPPORTING NEW TECHNOLOGIES AND FACILITIES THAT ENHANCE THE PRODUCTION AND VALUE OF UINTAH BLACK WAX, by Senator K. Van Tassell, be replaced and favorably recommends 1st Sub. S.C.R. 8, CONCURRENT RESOLUTION SUPPORTING NEW TECHNOLOGIES AND FACILITIES THAT ENHANCE THE PRODUCTION AND VALUE OF UINTAH BLACK WAX and that it be considered read for the second time and placed on the Consent Calendar.
