Chair Dunnigan called the meeting to order at 4:40 p.m.
MOTION: Rep. Kiser moved to approve the minutes of the February 17, 2012 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Doughty, Rep. Last, Rep. Morley, and Rep. Wiley absent for the vote.
H.B. 440 Surveyor Licensing Amendments (Rep. V. Peterson)
MOTION: Rep. Kiser moved to amend H.B. 440 as follows:

S.B. 52 Workers' Compensation Act Amendments (Sen. S. Urquhart)
Sen. Urquhart explained the bill to the committee. Dennis Lloyd from Workers Compensation Fund assisted by answering questions.

MOTION: Rep. Ipson moved to transmit S.B. 52 with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed with Rep. Bird voting in opposition and Rep. Last absent for the vote.
1ST SUB H.B. 350 Payroll Deduction Amendments (Rep. B. Daw)
MOTION: Rep. Kiser moved to replace 1st Substitute H.B. 350 with 2nd Substitute H.B. 350. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Last absent for the vote.
Rep. Daw explained the bill to the committee.
