Vice Chair Anderson called the meeting to order at 2:11 p.m.
MOTION: Rep. Daw moved to approve the minutes of the February 8, 2012 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Last and Rep. Val Peterson absent for the vote.
S.B. 142 Traffic Management Committee Repeal (Sen. T. Weiler) (Rep. D. Brown)
Sen. Weiler introduced the bill to the committee.
Spoke for the bill: Ms. Linda Hull, Utah Department of Transportation
MOTION: Rep. Nielson moved to pass S.B. 142 out favorably. The motion passed
unanimously with Rep. Val Peterson absent for the vote.
S.B. 148 Transportation Maintenance Facilities (Sen. J. S. Adams) (Rep. G. Froerer)
Sen. Adams introduced the bill to the committee.
