H.B. 280 Foreclosure Notice Provisions on Residential Rental Property (Rep. W. Harper)
Rep. Harper introduced the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Rep. Peterson moved to pass the bill with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Litvack and Rep. Menlove absent for the vote.
H.B. 28 Economic Development Task Force (Rep. B. Wilson)
Rep. Wilson introduced the bill to the committee.
Tara Rollins, Utah Housing Coalition, spoke to the bill.
MOTION: Rep. Grover moved to pass the bill with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously.
