MOTION: Sen. Davis moved to approve minutes of the February 1, 2012, meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sens Bramble and Urquhart absent for the vote.
H.B. 280 Foreclosure Notice Provisions on Residential Rental Property (Rep. W. Harper)
Rep. Harper introduced and explained the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Mayne moved to transmit H.B. 280 with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously with Sens. Bramble and Urquhart absent for the vote.
