Approval of Minutes
MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to approve the minutes of the February 8, 2012 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Thatcher absent for the vote.
S.B. 233 Name Change for Appropriations Subcommittees (Sen. L. Hillyard)
MOTION: Sen. Jenkins moved to replace S.B. 233 with 1st Sub. S.B. 233. The motion passed unanimously, with Sen. Thatcher absent for the vote.
MOTION: Sen. Jenkins moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously, with Sen. Thatcher absent for the vote.
MOTION: Sen. Anderson moved to place the bill on the consent calendar.
MOTION: Sen. Jenkins moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously. Sen. Dayton adjourned the meeting at 2:17 p.m.
