MOTION: Sen. McAdams moved to approve the minutes of the January 27, 2012 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Romero and Sen. Hillyard absent for the vote.

Sen. McAdams introduced and explained the bill.
MOTION: Sen. McAdams moved to pass S.B. 141 out favorable.
SUBSTITUTE MOTION: Sen. Urquhart moved to table S.B. 141.
SUBSTITUTE MOTION WITHDRAWN
SUBSTITUTE MOTION: Sen. Urquhart moved to go on to the next item on the agenda. The motion passed with Sen. McAdams, Sen. Romero and Sen. Weiler voting against.
