Chair Okerlund called the meeting to order at 2:11 p.m.
Approval of Minutes
MOTION: Sen. Christensen moved to approve the minutes of the January 31, 2012 meeting. The motion passed unanimously, with Sen. Davis absent for the vote.
H.B. 48 Coalition of Energy Producing States (Rep. R. Barrus) (Sen. S. Jenkins)
Rep. Barrus presented and explained the bill.

MOTION: Sen. Christensen moved to pass the bill out favorably.
SUBSTITUTE MOTION: Sen. Davis moved to amend the bill as follows:
1. Page 1, Lines 12 through 14 :

MOTION: Sen. Christensen moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously. Chair Okerlund adjourned the meeting at 2:50 p.m.
