Chair Van Tassell called the meeting to order at 4:20 p.m.

Approval of Minutes

MOTION:    
Sen. Adams moved to approve minutes of the February 8, 2012, meeting.     The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Mayne absent for the vote.

S.B. 102    Amendments to Off-highway Vehicle Provisions (Sen. S. Jenkins)

Sen. Jenkins introduced and explained the bill.

MOTION: Sen. Adams moved to transmit S.B. 102 with a favorable recommendation. The         motion passed unanimously with Sen. Mayne absent for the vote.

MOTION:    Sen. Adams moved that S.B. 102 be placed on the Consent Calendar. The motion         passed unanimously with Sen. Mayne absent for the vote.

H.B. 16    Driver License Revisions (Rep. S. Barlow)

Rep. Barlow introduced and explained the bill.

MOTION: Sen. Jenkins moved to transmit H.B. 16 with a favorable recommendation. The         motion passed unanimously with Sen. Mayne absent for the vote.
