Senator Scott K. Jenkins proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Lines 20 through 21 :    

             20          .    requires that the
{   central not-for-profit association   }        contract coordinator       described in this bill be selected

             21      through a request for proposals;

2.    Page 2, Lines 39 through 44 :    

             39          
{   (b) "Central not-for-profit association" means [a group of experts designated] an

             40      association designated by the board under Subsection (3)(a) to do the following, under
             41      guidelines established by the board:
             42          (i) assist the board with its functions; and
             43          (ii) facilitate the implementation of board policies.  
}

             44          
{   (c)   }        (b)       (i) "Community rehabilitation program" means a program that is operated primarily

             58      domiciled in Utah.
  (c) "Contract coordinator" means a person selected by the board under Subsection (3)(a) to, in accordance with guidelines established by the board:

(i) assist the board with its functions; and
(ii) facilitate the implementation of board policies.

             92          (v) the director of the Division of Facilities Construction and Management created in
             93      Section 63A-5-201

5.    Page 4, Line 114 through Page 5, Line 122 :    

             114          (3) (a) [The] In accordance with Subsection (3)(d), the board may [designate] select,
