Representative Christine F. Watkins proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 1, Line 18 :
18 parent's or guardian's proper use of prescribed medication;

2. Page 1, Lines 20 through 22 :

3. Page 2, Lines 45 through 46 :

(3) An employee of the division who violates these provisions is subject to discipline,
