Representative Stephen E. Sandstrom proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 8, Lines 223 through 224 :
223 (c) For a third
or subsequent
violation, as described in Subsection (6)(d), the court shall order the

violation that occurs during the same probationary period.
3. Page 10, Lines 289 through 290 :

(12) (a) An employer engaged in agriculture is exempt from any penalty imposed under this section for
purposes of the employer's employees who are hired to perform work related to agriculture.
(b) An employer who employs an unauthorized alien who under a program implemented by the state is authorized to work in the state is exempt from any penalty imposed under this section related to hiring that unauthorized alien.
4. Page 10, Lines 302 through 303 :

(a)
An employer engaged in agriculture is exempt from Subsection (1) for purposes of
