Representative Curtis Oda proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 22 through Page 2, Line 28 :    

             22      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             23          Section 1. Rules reauthorized.
             24          All rules of Utah state agencies are reauthorized
{   except for the following:

             25          (1) R477-6-5, Human Resource Management, Administration, Compensation,
             26      Incentive Awards; and
             27          (2) R277-419-5 (E-Exceptions), Education, Administration, Pupil Accounting, Student
             28      Membership   } .
