Senator Peter C. Knudson proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 3, Line 67 :
67 (iii) the use of

2. Page 4, Lines 98 through 99 :
98 (i) a physician assistant, if

acting under the supervision of
a physician and
the procedure is included in

3. Page 5, Line 145 :
