20 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
21 Section 1. Rules reauthorized.
22 All rules of Utah state agencies are reauthorized except for R592-2-7(2), Insurance,
23 Title and Escrow Commission, Title Insurance Administrative Hearings and Penalty
24 Imposition, Imposition of Penalties.
25 Section 2. Effective date.
26 If approved by two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, this bill takes effect
27 on May 1, 2013.
