8 General Description:
9 This bill amends provisions of Title 23, Wildlife Resources Code of Utah, relating to
10 the wasting of wildlife.
11 Highlighted Provisions:
12 This bill:
13 . amends provisions of Title 23, Wildlife Resources Code of Utah, relating to the
14 wasting of wildlife; and
15 . makes technical changes.

24 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
25 Section 1. Section 23-20-8 is amended to read:
26 23-20-8. Waste of wildlife unlawful.
27 [It is unlawful to] Except as otherwise provided in this title, or by rule made by the

28 Wildlife Board under this title, or by an order or proclamation issued in accordance with a rule
29 made by the Wildlife Board under this title, a person may not waste or permit to be wasted [or
30 spoiled any] protected wildlife or [any] a part of [them] protected wildlife.
