9 This bill modifies Title 62A, Chapter 7, Juvenile Justice Services.

22 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
23 Section 1. Section 62A-7-104.5 is enacted to read:
24 62A-7-104.5. Appropriation and funding of receiving centers.
25 Funding for receiving centers and youth services programs under this part is intended to
26 be broad based, be provided by an appropriation by the Legislature to the division, and include
27 federal grant money, local government money, and private donations.
