8 General Description:
9 This bill repeals provisions relating to blacklisting.
10 Highlighted Provisions:
11 This bill:
12 . repeals a provision prohibiting blacklisting a former employee; and
13 . repeals a provision establishing a criminal penalty for blacklisting.

24 Section 1. Repealer.
25 This bill repeals:
26 Section 34-24-1, Blacklisting employees prohibited.
27 Section 34-24-2, Violation -- Penalty.
