9 General Description:
10 This bill amends Title 63I, Chapter 1, Legislative Oversight and Sunset Act, by
11 repealing the sunset date of the Commission on National and Community Service Act.
12 Highlighted Provisions:
13 This bill:
14 . repeals the sunset date of the Commission on National and Community Service Act,
15 which has the effect of authorizing the continuation of the Utah Commission on
16 Service and Volunteerism.

25 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
26 Section 1. Section 63I-1-209 is amended to read:
27 63I-1-209. Repeal dates, Title 9.
28 [Title 9, Chapter 1, Part 8, Commission on National and Community Service Act, is
29 repealed July 1, 2014.]
