The issue of strandable costs will be introduced to the task force in preparation for a more detailed discussion in the July 10 meeting of the task force on how strandable costs should be defined and determined in Utah.

8. Adjourn
In preparation for the July 10 meeting, interested parties are requested to provide written comments and briefing papers on how strandable costs should be defined and determined. Please provide 20 three hole punched copies to the task force staff by no later than the beginning of the June 26th meeting. The task force staff will then forward the materials to the task force.
