3.    Panel Discussions

     The panel will consist of six members* including one representative from each of the following groups:
    1) PacifiCorp; 2) Public Service Commission and the Division of Public Utilities; 3) Committee of Consumer Services, United We Stand, League of Women Voters, and Salt Lake Community Action Program; 4) Utah Electric Deregulation Group and Utah Industrial Energy Consumers; 5) Utah Associated Municipal Power Systems and Utah Municipal Power Agency; and 6) Utah Rural Electric Association .


     After brief background on each topic, panel members will have three minutes to give an introductory statement. The panel members will then answer questions of the task force and respond to comments made by other panel members. Each topic will be discussed for approximately 50 minutes total. The panel will then move to the next topic and begin the process again.
