     A.    Monitor Company Presentation (45 minutes)
        
Monitor Company, consultants to PacifiCorp, will present its findings and recommendations regarding PacifiCorp's stranded costs and market power.
    
    B.     Division of Public Utilities (30 minutes)
        
The division will respond to Monitor Company's presentation and present its perspective regarding PacifiCorp's stranded costs and market power

    C.    Committee of Consumer Services (15 minutes)    

        EER Consulting, consultants to the Committee of Consumer Services, will present its findings and recommendations regarding PacifiCorp's stranded costs.         

    D.    Monitor Company Response (15 minutes)
        
Monitor Company will respond to the division's and committee's presentations.

                       Submission of Executive Summaries              
    The task force chairs request that interested parties and individuals submit a brief executive summary outlining their positions and recommendations regarding electric industry restructuring issues that have been considered by the task force. The purpose of the executive summary is to provide the task force members with a concise synopsis of your position and proposals. Specific areas to be addressed could include: strandable costs, market power, timing of any restructuring proposals, impact on municipals, impact on rural cooperatives, and any other relevant issue. Executive summaries should be no longer than 2 to 3 pages (you may refer to previously submitted white papers) and should be provided to the task force staff by no later than the October 9th task force meeting.
