3. Impact of Electric Industry Restructuring on Electric Industry Employees - Blaine Newman, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 57
Mr. Newman will speak briefly and present a video describing the potential impacts of electric industry restructuring on electric industry employees and their families.
4. Municipal Stranded Costs
Utah Municipal Power Agency (UMPA) and Utah Associated Municipal Power Systems (UAMPS) will present estimates of their stranded costs. The Division of Public Utilities will comment on UAMPS' and UMPA's methodology and results.

5. Rural Electric Cooperative Stranded Costs
The Utah Rural Electric Association (UREA) will present an estimate of rural electric cooperative stranded costs. The Division of Public Utilities will comment on UREA's methodology and results.

6. Selected Municipal and Industrial Electricity Usage Data - Task Force Staff
As requested by the task force chairs, staff will provide selected electricity usage data gathered from several municipalities and industrial users. The task force may discuss hypothetical groupings to examine relative loads that could be aggregated in a competitive market.
