* Approval of minutes of October 14, 1997 meeting
2. Report on Olene Walker Housing Trust Fund
The steward of the Olene Walker Housing Trust Fund will explain: 1) financial aspects (fund balance, appropriations, cash flows, etc.); and 2) accomplishments of the fund. Some have suggested to enhance the Olene Walker Endowment Fund to $100 million dedicating interest earned annually to low-income housing.

3. Renter Impact Fees
The Taylorsville City Council proposed a Disproportionate Services Fee to mitigate a perceived impact on city services. At the October 14 meeting, Mr. Spatafore was requested to provide some specific information at the next meeting.

4. Olympic Housing
Information will be presented relating to a proposal to work with the Salt Lake City Olympics Organizing Committee to have "media" housing associated with the Olympics designed and assigned for low-income families spread throughout Wasatch Front not just Salt Lake City.

5. Inspector Liability
Information will be presented relating to a proposal to relieve the liability inspectors perceive they are exposed to if they should relax strict enforcement of building codes.

6. Deed Restrictions
Information will be presented regarding a current program that maintains a stock of affordable housing through deed restrictions.

7. Report to Interim Committees
The task force chairs are scheduled to report the task force recommendations to the Business, Labor, and Economic Development Interim Committee and the Political Subdivisions Interim Committee both the morning of Wednesday, November 19th.
