MOTION: Sen. Robles moved to approve the minutes of Feb. 25, 2013. The motion passed

unanimously, with Sens. Hillyard, Thatcher, and Weiler absent for the vote.

Sen. Shiozawa introduced and explained the bill.

MOTION:         Sen. Hillyard moved to pass S.B. 215 out favorably. The motion passed
