This bill will raise revenues of $15,000 by requiring wildlife outfitters and guides to obtain an annual certificate of registration (COR) with the Division of Wildlife Resources. The Division of Wildlife Resources will require 0.6 FTE at a cost of $35,100 in FY 1998 and $27,100 in FY 1999 to conduct registration and monitor adherence to the bill requirements. The monies collected will be deposited into the General Fund Restricted - Wildlife Resources account, from which the expenditures will be funded.
