This bill appropriates $3,165,500 from the General Fund in FY 1998 to the Division of Parks and Recreation in the Department of Natural Resources. Costs associated with the personnel portion of the bill will require an annual appropriation of $20,500. With the opening of the south part of the island, it is anticipated that user fees will increase by $57,400 in FY 1998 and $144,500 in FY 1999.
