This bill appropriates $5,000,000 from the General Fund to the Comprehensive Health Insurance Pool Enterprise Fund. Beginning in FY 1999, the bill deposits approximately $5,000,000 from the Cigarette Tax to the Comprehensive Health Insurance Pool Enterprise Fund.
