In order to fund the expansion of the Foster Care Citizen Review Board (FCCRB) statewide, $163,100 in new funds is required. In addition to this new funding, the Division of Child and Family Services will transfer the remaining $28,200 in General Funds in its budget used for the old "administrative review"
