AMENDED NOTE
In 1997 there were 134,000 non-domestic civil cases. If only 10 percent of the cases involved an additional hearing to establish attorney's fees, there would be an additional 13,400 court hearings. Cost to the courts for such hearings would be approximatley $750,500.
