This bill appropriates $1.5 million in ongoing funds, and $500,000 in one-time funds, from the Uniform School Fund to the State Board of Education. Passage of the bill will also require that the appropriation currently used for the Centennial Schools Program will be used to fund the Schools for the 21st Century
