This bill extends the repeal of Section 63-49-24 UCA that alllows counties with a large business development that adds more than 15 percent growth to locally assessed property values to apply for a grant of up to $1,000,000 from the Centennial Highway Trust Fund for highway improvements. It is unknown at this time if any counties would qualify to apply for these grants. If an applicant is approved, an appropriation of equal amount would have to be approved to fund the grant.
