No State fiscal impact. The provisions of this bill could increase costs to Special Districts and Limited Purpose Local Government Entities. Expenses may be increased for board compensation, notification of the district residents, hearings and elections. It is estimated that in most cases, these expenses will not be significantly more than current statute.
