No immediate fiscal impact on State agencies. As various Higher Education institutions develop curriculums, there may be a reduction in the standardization of training and the number of failures and reexaminations by the Drivers License offices may increase. The nature and scope of these alternatives, however, cannot be estimated at this time. The Board of Education advises that any impact on schools can be absorbed in existing budgets.
