An appropriation from General Funds for FY 2000 of $99,000 to Southern Utah University to help fund the activities of its Cedar Mountain Science Center. The appropriated funds are nonlapsing. Inasmuch as the bill provides for the development of pilot programs and requires monitoring by the University to determine future funding, the Analyst assumes that the funding is one-time.
