AMENDED NOTE
This bill requires the Division of Finance to transfer funds exceeding $7,053,000 from the Unclaimed Property Account into the Permanent State School Fund. Currently, the funds from the Unclaimed Property Account are transferred into the Uniform School Fund. The first transfer will be in FY 2000 The gains shown are from interest earned on the deposited funds. It is assumed the impact will continue into FY 2001 and beyond.
