Provisions of this bill increases the recycling fee for retail sales of tires from $.50 each to $.85 per tire. This is estimated to increase revenue to the Waste Tire Recycling Expendable Trust Fund by $754,300 per year. Estimated expenditures from the Fund annually are expected to be $754,300 to enact provisions of the bill.
