This bill transfers funds from the Mineral Lease account to the Constitutional Defense Fund. In the first year, approximately $1,000,000 will be transferred. In the second year, up to $300,000 will be transferred, depending on the amount of funds expended in the first year. There is also a change of Council membership, but the new Council's administrative costs will not be significantly different from the previous Council.
