Although there is no impact on State revenues from this bill, the allocation between some state agencies will be slightly altered. Implementation of this bill will require an appropriation of $5,000 in General Fund in FY 2001 and thereafter to the Department of Community and Economic Development. Because of timing of revenue flows from the land trade, it is not anticipated that the Rural Electronic Commerce Communications System Fund Board will meet for the first two years. The Rural Development Fund Board will not require funding until FY 2001.
