Any additional workload required by the provisions of this bill can be absorbed within existing budgets. There may be some impact on the State Division of Facilities and Construction Management which could increase construction costs up to 0.5 percent, depending on how the provisions of the bill are implemented. Costs will be absorbed into appropriated project budgets.
