AMENDED BILL
This bill will generate approximately $360,000 of Dedicated Credits from licensing fees. From this revenue, an appropriation of $160,000 Dedicated Credits to the Utah State Tax Commission is required the first year to implement the provisions of the bill. Funds collected over that which is required to administer the program will be added to the General Fund. This is estimated to be approximately $200,000 in FY 2001.
