This bill removes the requirement that funds for treatment of individuals in Corrections' custody at the State Hospital be appropriated to the Department of Corrections. As a result, $190,000 currently budgeted in Corrections, will be transferred to the State Hospital budget. The State Hospital budget will decrease its "Transfers" revenues by $190,000 and increase its General Fund revenue by $190,000. There is no net fiscal impact to the General Fund.
